On the weekend I had a cartoon costume themed 21st party to go to. Originally I was going to make myself a new costume but I ran out of time ;_;. My fallback plan was then to reuse my Meiling cosplay bet then I couldn't find it anywhere So final option 3 was to reuse my Tokyo Babylon/Hokuto cosplay from Minifest last year. It was such an easy one...its that really simple black dress and wings from volume 1. When I wore it last year I didn't really get any decent photos so here~
